Management of the coil stock from Uncoiler to Straightener is accomplished
in 3 steps using:
- Hyrdaulically operated hold down arm with power wheel to prevent
premature decoiling when the restraining band is cut.
- Hydraulically operated peeler blade that extends to intercept the
leading edge of stock.
- Hydraulically operated threaderand dekinker roll that guides the
leading edge of the stock into the straightener pinch rolls.

The hydraulic power unit is mounted inside the support frame and voltages
can be 575, 460, 380 or 220.
Standard O.D. is 60" but 72" is also available. |
