| These Combination Cradle/Straightener Units provide
for ease in loading. With the optional coil storage rack installed,
there is practically no down-time waiting for Coil Change over, thus
maintaining high productivity.
Standard features include self-centering adjustable side plates. Cradle rolls and straightener rolls are synchronized. The Cradle Straightener shown has a 20000 lb. coil capacity, 18" wide, with optional Hydraulic hold down roll and Hydraulic Dekinker to remove the kink at the end of the coil. Additionally, Dial Indicators are provided to register the depth engagement of the Straightener Rolls. These cradle straighteners should only be used to handle stock thicker than 0.090". |
