Options for Threading Tables: Single Flip Up Table, Double (Bombay Door Style), Pivot, Double Pivot, Scissor Lift, Pit Mounted
Table style is based on available space, and customer preference. These tables are built using a heavy fabricated frame assembly that is pneumatically operated to support and direct the material strip as it exits the Straightener into the Feeder. All backed by Colt’s 3 year warranty.
The Bombay Style Flip Up, pneumatically operated Threading Table is designed to be positioned between the Straightener and the Electronic Roll Feeder.
Heavy-Duty Rugged Construction
Colt Threading Table frames, support legs, and gussets are all constructed using an all welded steel fabrication (designed for maximum stability and durability). The Threading Table surface is constructed with flow rail rollers, providing minimal material friction and resistance.
Operation
The Threading Table is raised and lowered with heavy-duty pneumatic cylinders by a selector switch on the operator console or at the Feeder HMI.
